Most products sent using standard shipping to the US with USPS take 5-7 business days. Original works and archival pigment prints can take up to 20 business days depending on the order. Contact us directly with any questions or concerns regarding the shipment and tracking of your orders. Refer to the table below if you are shipping internationally.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, but if you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by contacting us directly and we will review your claim and offer a refund or exchange if your claim is approved. (contact button)
